I’ve received the wrong item

Our warehouse team scans all items before dispatching them so it’s rare (but not impossible!) for the wrong item to arrive with you. 

The first thing we’d advise is to visually check the item you’ve received to make sure it’s definitely not what you expected. In some cases, product names printed on the packaging may differ from those that appear on our website, confirmation emails or other documents from us. 

If you still believe you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us via email or live chat. We’d recommend you attach a photo or two of the item and the label on its box so we can work out exactly what’s happened and get things sorted as quickly as possible.
