Something is missing from my order

Our warehouse team will scan all items before dispatching them so it’s rare (but not impossible!) for your order to arrive with items missing.

Before contacting us, we’d ask you to check two things:

  • Is your order coming in more than one shipment? This would have been detailed during the checkout process, and will also be displayed on your order confirmation email sent to the email address you provided. 
  • Is the missing item packaged within the box of another item? It’s common for our warehouse to pack smaller items within the boxes of larger items, to keep them safe and prevent them from going missing. We normally pop a sticker on the box to make this clear, but we’d recommend having a good look inside all your boxes first. 

If you’re still sure an item is missing, please get in touch and we’ll put things right.
