Can I exchange my item?
Exchanges
If you change your mind and would like to exchange your product(s) for something else from our site, the simplest way of doing this is by returning your unwanted item as per our returns policy, and placing a separate order for the replacement item.
Alternatively, we may be able to arrange a chargeable collection of your unwanted item at the same time as delivering a replacement. You will be required to pay for your new item (and any applicable delivery charges), and we will process and refund your original item once it has arrived back and can be inspected by our warehouse team. Please note that the value we refund you for your original item will include the relevant reduction for our collection service.
