They are also leak tested twice during the manufacturing process and then finished in a single layer coating of Oxsilan® - a state of the art and eco-friendly corrosion protection process that is used in premium car bodies. A single layer coating is enough to give it a long lasting protection and is the same as ten layers of standard zinc phosphate. Finally, copper infused welding technology ensures all gaps are correctly sealed and the joint is invisible.
