Our Delivery Policy
• Orders over £50 are delivered free of charge in mainland UK (additional charge may apply for Channel Islands, Highlands, Northern Ireland etc.)
• Orders under £50 are subject to a £5.95 delivery charge.
Our aim at Tap Warehouse is to bring you massive range of taps, showers and accessories at your fingertips, far more than you'll find at your local bricks & mortar shops and all at stunning low prices. To maintain a low cost base and keep our prices at the rock-bottom level they are, we fulfill your order in a few different ways:
• Direct from the Manufacturer (Typically Dispatched Within 24 Hours):
Some of our suppliers will send your order to you without it ever coming to us. This means you usually have your goods the very next day if ordered before 2pm. Orders from our suppliers are usually sent via DPD, Citylink or Parcelforce.
• Goods Kept at Our Warehouse (Typically Dispatched Within 24 Hours):
Fast-moving goods are kept in stock to ensure a quick dispatch. Once picked and packed we send all these orders via Parcelforce 24 hour delivery. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched, and given a tracking code. Parcelforce deliveries are Monday - Friday.
• Goods That We Order In Especially For You (2-4 Day Typical Dispatch):
Some products that aren't everyday sellers will be ordered from our suppliers once we have received your order. We usually receive the goods at our warehouse within 2-4 working days, and then dispatch them as quickly as possible via Parcelforce 24hr Recorded Delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have ordered products from multiple brands, it is usual for our dipatch times to sometimes be a day or two longer than quoted on the product pages. This is because rather than taking advantage of our suppliers that send direct to customer, we would instead aim to collate your order as one consignment in our warehouse. However, if you are particularly desperate for your order, you can leave a note on 'delivery notes' as you checkout, call us on 0845 900 3230, or email us and we will be happy to send each item immediately meaning you get your order quicker but in multiple deliveries.
Whichever way we fulfill your order, our priority is to get your goods to you as quickly as is humanly possible, but usually within 1 delivery unless instructed otherwise. This means that we typically dispatch your order within 1-5 working days.
If any of the products your order are out of stock, or found likely to take more than 5 working days, we will email you to inform you of the delay, provide you with an estimated delivery date and give you the option to wait for your goods or cancel your order and receive a full refund.
